Our good pally Alexandra from @cls_farms hand-picked this lot of El Dorado for us from the Moxee-based family farm and we absolutely love it! So, here’s a simple recipe of Pilsner Malt and El Dorado hops to showcase it best! We went lighter on the bitterness, doubled up the whirlpool hopping, and then double dry-hopped it with all this yummy El Dorado. Flavor profile? Think Watermelon Agua Fresca, Fruity Pebbles snacks, along with a hop-saturated yumminess that carries from sniff to sip. $18 per 4 Pack. No Limit.
