As one of our all time favorite beer styles, traditional Belgian Kriek bier is made with a base of lambic, steeped in macerated cherries, and allowed to referment and age over a given amount of time. Our take on this delicious style of beer consists of various varietals of cherries locally farmed by Andy’s orchard: Lapin, Black Republican, Bing, Van, and Montmorency cherries to round out a full body of flavor full of cherry bliss! All of it is then conditioned and aged in our lambic influenced aged hop saison base and blended for balance. Notes of cherry, aged hops and nuanced wild yeast. Finishes dry and bubbly with balanced acidity. Limited availability!
