The third beer we will be releasing at our 6th-anniversary party is our official anniversary beer Sunrise Inside Apricot Oak Aged Sour!
Warming in the rays of the golden morning light, cascading over you with welcoming warmth. Sunrise Inside is a blend of 2-4 year Oak aged Saison that was blended and refermented on apricots to create this bright golden sour. The big oak character compliments the light apricot tartness leaving notes of caramel.
A bottle of this is included with your $35 VIP ticket. Bottles will also be available for purchase starting tomorrow.
