CAN DROP this Saturday: YEAR 6 IMPERIAL STOUT (13.5% ABV). We wanted to release something BIG to celebrate 6 years of Stereo with a fresh imperial stout. We used 12 different roasted malts for added complexity and character. The result is a midnight black beer with flavors of both milk and dark chocolate, toffee, and a slight warming heat at the end.
Bonus – we made a confectionary-inspired variant with marshmallows and toasted coconut. The additions play so well with the cocoa flavors of the beer. It reminds us of our favorite sweet treat…we just can’t put our finger on which one.
Same label, and different lids. We will have both the Year 6 Imperial Stout (Silver lid) and the Year 6 Imperial Stout with marshmallows and coconut (gold lid) in 16oz cans.
