After nearly a year-long buildout, Lawless Brewing Co. opened to the public in late April. This 15-barrel brewhouse is helmed by Josh McCombs, formerly the head brewer at Abigaile. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating, and a rotating group of food trucks.
