Anaheim’s Radiant Beer Co. released their first brew in January, and opened their taproom to the public a month later. Director of Brewing Andrew Bell worked in experimental brewing for six years at The Bruery, where he met co-founders Jonas Nemura and Cambria Griffith, who run day-to-day operations. This Disneyland-adjacent brewery has 20 taps, a shaded patio, and rotating food vendors; they also distribute throughout LA and Orange Counties.
