Trademark Brewing is a big new brewery and taproom located in Long Beach, specializing in small-batch hoppy, continental (German, UK, French, Belgian, etc), and barrel-aged beers (big beers, sours and funk).
The spacious taproom looks right out onto the brewery floor and will eventually feature up to 30 beers on tap alongside a large outdoor patio with a rotating series of food trucks.
