A year ago, we hung out with the Trustworthy Brewing Co. team while they filled used Buffalo Trace Distillery barrels with fresh Imperial Stout.
Last week they celebrated their 4-year anniversary with the release of Value of Time, a 12.6% stout aged for 12 months in Buffalo Trace barrels and blended with heaps of coconut.
Cheers to Trustworthy Brewing on four amazing years, and hit up their taproom in Burbank to pick up a bottle or three, you won’t be disappointed!
