Tasting Thrillseeker a 7.1% limited-release West Coast IPA from Beachwood Brewing in Huntington Beach.
Thrillseeker is one of Beachwood’s OG IPA recipes, combining Simcoe, Chinook, Warrior, and Centennial hops with a malt bill of American 2-row and caramalt giving you juicy and delicious aromas and flavors of grapefruit, lemon, pine, and resin with boldness, balance, and in your face drinkability.
It’s yet another Beachwood offering that straddles the fine line between classic old-school West Coast IPA and new modern IPA sensibilities without going over the top.
