La Jara Brewing first opened its doors in late April, 2022, after three years in development. The mural on the wall was painted by Derek, Randy welded the tables in the taproom, and Jason fabricated the wooden benches. Their taproom has a giant glass wall, so you have a full view of their 10-bbl. production facility while you drink your beer.

Whereas the first location is bring-your-own-food, the new one, as the name suggests, is as much about the pies as the beer.
